Reserve Your Fishing Trip

Holding your spot

Request a date and we'll hold it for seven days while you arrange your schedule. No charge during this period.

Confirming your booking

Your place is confirmed once we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due thirty days before your trip, or immediately if you book within that window.

Changing your dates

One date change is free up to twenty-one days before departure, to any available date in the same season. A second change depends on us filling your original spot.

If you need to cancel

• More than thirty days before departure: full refund minus the deposit
• Fifteen to thirty days before: half the trip fee is refunded
• Less than fifteen days before: no refund, but you can transfer your spot to someone else

If we cancel

Each fishing trip requires a minimum group size. If we can't reach it, we'll notify you twenty-one days ahead—you can pick another date, a different route, or receive a full refund.

Insurance and fitness

Insurance covering water and outdoor activity is required to join. Let us know about any physical considerations or dietary needs—this helps your guide plan the day better, and never affects your welcome.

What's included

Professional fishing guide, all permits, shared safety and fishing gear, and every night on your itinerary. You arrange your own travel to the meeting point, personal gear, and insurance.
