These terms cover all bookings made through this website for guided fishing tours and boat trips. By booking, you accept them on behalf of everyone in your group.
Trip descriptions, photographs, difficulty ratings and fishing reports are our copyright; do not use them for commercial purposes. We update trip details regularly, but weather, water levels and fish behaviour can change between updates.
Your booking is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation. Payment terms, deposits and cancellation deadlines are shown on the checkout page.
Your fishing guide, the boat and all tackle for the charter, meals on the water and nights at base camp. Travel to the launch point, your own gear, and insurance are your responsibility.
Weather, water conditions or catch patterns can mean your guide adjusts the route or fishing grounds. That decision rests with the guide.
Fishing trips and river travel carry risk no operator can remove. We run our charters with reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for loss caused by conditions beyond our control.
